During the due diligence process, offerings are subject to a review on several levels, which may include appraisals, feasibility studies, load recovery analyses, return on investment analyses, and environmental reports. The team also often performs on-site physical reviews of properties.
Although all investments carry risk, and no level of due diligence will ever completely mitigate that risk, we believe that a team of qualified due diligence staff can potentially play an important and necessary role in helping investors make decisions regarding their investment real estate allocation.
