Founder Leslie Pappas acts as Due Diligence Officer for Archer and performs site visits of our offerings. No other representative in the DST or TIC industry personally visits as many properties as Leslie does. Our investors feel more security in knowing that Leslie has seen the properties in which they invest. Leslie has been cited on CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and The Wall Street Journal regarding her work in Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) real estate investments. Across her 33 years of experience in investments and financial services, she has participated in over $2.5B in real estate transactions. Leslie is a Real Estate Broker in several states, and holds the Series 7, 22, 39, 63, 65 and 99 Securities Registrations. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a credential that only 10,000 brokers worldwide have achieved. Leslie is also a LEED Accredited Professional and can manage the evaluation, development and redevelopment of projects hoping to achieve LEED certification through the USGBC. Leslie has an MBA from New York University ’82 and a BA from Vassar College ’80. Leslie lives in Silicon Valley and enjoys her four miniature wirehaired dachshunds, Riley, Scout, Lizzie and Jack, and boating.
Laurie McLoughlin is a Registered Securities Representative. She is based in San Diego and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, greater Boston and in Canada. She began her career as a teacher and found the perfect marriage of her passions of investing and educating at Archer Investment Advisors. Laurie has a Masters in Education from Lesley University and Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University. She holds the series 22 and 63 securities registrations. Laurie invested in DSTs with Archer prior to joining the firm. Laurie brings both her personal and professional experience with 1031 Exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) to help investors learn about the industry. She assists them as they evaluate the pros and cons of each offering, and guides them through every step of the process. Laurie is married, a mom of 2 teen sons, and a Goldendoodle named O’Malley. She is a fused glass artist in her spare time.
Michael McLoughlin is a Registered Representative. He is based in San Diego and was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael played D1 golf for the University San Francisco where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. He began his career in the mortgage industry and has been involved in the real estate investment industry since 2009. Michael is proud to be part of the Archer family and enjoys the opportunity to share both his personal and professional experiences with 1031 Exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trust (DSTs) to help investors learn about the industry. He assists them as they evaluate the pros and cons of each property or pool of properties, and guides them through every step of the process. Michael is happily married to Laurie McLoughlin, who is also a representative with Archer Investment Advisors. He is a dad of 2 sons, and a Goldendoodle named O’Malley. Michael prefers to spend his free time out on the golf course, going to a movie and eating chicken parm at his favorite Italian restaurant.
Paul Petonak is a Registered Representative. He is based in Santa Monica, CA. Paul has worked in private equity investments since 2002 and is responsible for roughly an aggregate of $20,000,000 raised in capital in real estate, energy and environmental technologies. Paul holds undergraduate degrees in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Chemistry from the Pennsylvania State University and graduate degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles. For several years he taught at the University of California at Los Angeles in the departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry and Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics. Paul’s interests include start up and alternative investments in real estate, energy, internet and high technologies, travel, outdoorsmanship, science and the arts.
Frank Piscitelli is a registered representative. He resides in San Francisco and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1988. He was raised in NYC and obtained a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He was an attorney in the law departments of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Mutual Life of New York. He addressed insurance, tax, securities and ERISA matters related to insurance contracts issued to fund employer retirement plans. He established and operated a retail financial services business in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 25 years. He is an owner of real estate investment properties for more than 15 years. He personally has completed a 1031 Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) exchange and is eager to share his real world experience with other investment property owners regarding the multiple benefits of DSTs.
